Complete Rules
1. Submitting Flags
Any visitor is allowed to submit one or multiple image links.
In order for the form to accept a flag:
a) entered link has to conform to IPV4 address notation
b) submitted website name and description will not exceed 50 characters
c) uploaded image link must be a file type png, jpg, jpeg or gif
Submitted flags can link to a main page of any website except ones that:
a) are listed in Alexa's 1000 most popular pages
b) contain violent, offensive or illegal material
c) for ebusinesses - do not adhere to US e-commerce security laws
e) involve "deep linking"
(hyperlink that points to a page on another site, instead of that website's main or home page)
2. Publishing Flags
Every image link submitted will be automatically publised on Linkstoo's main page. A new flag will be posted as the very first one on our main page.
Every flag is subject to periodic audits, which will verify that the link posted does not lead to a website containing or offering violent, offensive or illegal material.
If you have noticed that your link(s) has been removed from Linkstoo, you can inquiry about the reason we deleted you flag(s) at: questions@linkstoo.com. We will then let you know within 24hrs why your link has been removed and whether it could be reinstated.
3. Positioning of Flags
Each image link will experience change of its positioning on Linkstoo. For example, when Flag 1 is positioned as the first one on the index page in a specified category, every newer flag will push Flag 1 down by one spot on the main Likstoo page. After there are ten newer links posted on our index page, Flag 1 will be transferred to a sub-category page for specific category. Older links will continue to move from one sub-page to another, unless they get "pushed" back to the main page as a sponsored link. For more information on getting your flag pushed go to Sponsor Your Flag page.
